Concert announced after rest of tour was set, not even making it into the internal tour itinerary book. Considered a warm up show, with Phil Lesh not on the bill, it went on sale June 2nd and sold out in 8 minutes (boblinks.com). Internal band discussion reported prior to live concert debut of Standing In The Doorway.
