Bob Dylan's spoken words at concerts.

May 27, 1966
London, England
Royal Albert Hall
Concert

1. She Belongs To Me

2. Fourth Time Around

Ah, I'm not going to play any more concerts in England and, ah, I just wanted to say… that, ah, that, ah… it's, it's, ah, all wrong, ah, to, ah, to ah, ah, this is a typical example of probably one song that your English music newspapers would call a 'drug song.' I, I don't write drug songs. Like, I never have, I wouldn't know how to go about it, ah, this is NOT a drug song. I, I'm not saying it for any defensive reasons or anything like that... It's just vulgar to think so. Yes, alright...

3. Visions Of Johanna

4. It's All Over Now, Baby Blue

5. Desolation Row

Don't…. <laughs> That's terribl…. <laughs> That's terrible.

6. Just Like A Woman

7. Mr. Tambourine Man

8. Tell Me, Momma

9. I Don't Believe You (She Acts Like We Never Have Met)

10. Baby, Let Me Follow You Down (Traditional)

There's a long story behind this song, this song has to do with a painter, ah, this year a certain painter is a wonderfully cosmic painter, who is completely unknown to the universe, and ah, and he lives in Mexico City and travels there between Del Rio, Texas, which is one of the United States, one of the bigger ones, and, ah, this happens to be, uh, all about him, he's ah, of course he's an inspiration to this song, I, I'm just telling you this so you don't think there's anything you're missing, you understand, I don't want you to think you're OUT of it. I'm sick of people thinking 'what does that mean' it means nothing. I mean, it's impossible to explain what this means, because... ah... Obviously it's only, oh, come on... Ah, so this, this specific... It's not always... You're talking to the wrong person, man. Any case, this is going to take a second, this is going, this is going to take a second, and I'm the last person in the world to explain any of these songs, well, I want to do this because the last concert here, I mean, if you don't want me to do it, I won't do it, I couldn't care less, okay, well, we'll play the music and leave and you and you and you can go out and read some books. Heh. Read, ah, read, JD Salinger.

11. Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues

This is called, "Yes, I see you got your brand new Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat"

12. Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat

13. One Too Many Mornings

You're not going to see me anymore and I'm not going to see you anymore. Ah. Ah… All you people are wonderful. Yeah, you are the greatest people… Oh… Oh… What… why don't you just say what you want to say for a minute. Oh, come on, just say what you want to say for a full minute, you got a watch? Oh, you're just marvelous. I'd trade places with you, would you trade places with me? Wait...

14. Ballad Of A Thin Man

I’ve never done this before but I want you to meet Robbie Robertson here and, and Garth Hudson, Mickey Jones, Rick Danko, and, ah.… Richard! You promised me you were gonna read. It doesn’t mean a thing now, but they’re all poets, you understand, if it comes out that way, it comes out that way, but, all the grea... all the poets you know. This song here is dedicated to The Taj Mahal. Now, we’re gonna leave after this song and I wanna say goodbye to all of you people, you’ve been very wo.. very people, you know, I …, you’ve been very war... very nice people. I mean, here you are sitting in this great, huge place. And believe me, we’ve enjoyed every minute of being here!

15. Like A Rolling Stone
