I wanna say hello to John Mellencamp who’s here tonight. Hello John, how are you doing? If you feel like coming on up, just come on up!  (after Absolutely Sweet Marie).

We’re gonna do this as a request for someone. Someone <mumble> out there. I can’t remember her name. (before Positively 4th Street).

Here’s another request we’re gonna do. Young man over there and his girlfriend or his wife or somebody. I forget his name but she wanted to hear this he says, so we’re gonna play this. A song all about a shooting star.
